Founder, Millicent Ugo-Ikoroha, who hails from Nigeria is committed to improving the process of productivity, performance, and the process of organization. Millicent has served within a non-profit management and business development capacity in both NYC and the DC Metropolitan region for over 7 years.

Millicent's professional experience includes relationship-building, fund management, business administration, technical writing & presentation, grant research, strategic/business planning, staff training & development, communication, donor management, program/project management, PR/Marketing, and fundraising.

Millicent began her career in non-profit management upon graduating from the State University of New York at Stony Brook in Long Island, NY and is a recipient of a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Nyack College in Washington, DC.
